Strategic overview of complex social inclusion interventions implemented by The Salvation Army in Slovakia. Basis for the EEA Norway Grants mechanism.
The logical framework of the project visualizes the gradual transformation of the client from solving an acute crisis to long-term social and labor integration thanks to the synergy of 5 pillars.
Solving acute crises. Provision of basic needs: emergency shelter, food, and hygiene.
Psychological support, health, and transition to more stable temporary housing.
Increasing digital and financial literacy, reskilling, and restoration of work habits.
Integration into the open labor market, operation of social enterprises, and intergenerational connection.
Each activity from the Theory of Change is mapped to at least one of these strategic pillars.
