In 2023, we donated 17 mobile homes to Roma people in the town of Trebišov who found themselves in a difficult situation. It started when the floor collapsed in one of the local apartment buildings, leaving dozens of residents homeless.
Nine families had to leave the apartment building. Until now, they have been living in school premises and tents. Thank God, they now have alternative housing. Our organization allocated €200,000 and we bought 17 used mobile homes for these families.
Thanks to the mobile home project, nearly 100 Roma have found new housing. This solution represents a significant step toward improving their living conditions. The residents are very happy with their new homes. Today, they can enjoy the privacy and comfort that these mobile homes provide.
It gives us great pleasure to see this change, and we are grateful to be able to participate in similar projects.
